Your family will be close to all the excitement on Lake Martin when you stay at this newly-built Lakehouse. Located in an amazing neighborhood that will feature a swimming pool this summer as well! You can enjoy the lake life as well as the pool. We provide kayaks and a SUP board for your enjoyment. We will help arrange boat rentals, fishing trips and even boat tours to all our guests. Steel Magnolia will quickly become your home away from home and you will have the time of your life with your family!
Steel Magnolia has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. This gem of a Lakehouse sits on a flat lot that is just steps to the water and your own private dock. It is in a private cove that is safe to kayak, swim or float. There are two primary king suites on the main level, both with full bathrooms. The family room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other with a gorgeous view of the lake. The upstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds. There is a full bathroom that both these bedrooms will share. The loft upstairs has a big tv and is a great place to watch a movie or play a game.
Each bedroom has a tv, fan, sound machine, privacy shades and top of the line linens. Each bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We also provide you with a great selection of coffee and teas. We have gone above and beyond to make sure nothing is missing for you.
Other things to note:
We take pride in our attention to detail and incredible customer service. We have a concierge service that can help set you up with boat rentals delivered to your dock, fishing guides, grocery shopping and even boat rides to tour Lake Martin. If your lucky we may even take you to a hidden rope swing! No order is too tall - will go above and beyond and can assure you that you will want to book with us again!
